This wireless-connected bagless autonomous vacuums robot comes with a minimalist, black design. Its price is comparable to other top-of-the-line smart home robotic vacuums.

You can control the device by using the physical Clean & Dock buttons on top, the SharkClean App, or by speaking commands via Alexa or Google Assistant. It is equipped with a variety of smart features including home mapping and virtual "no-go zones".

SharkClean is an app you can download to your smartphone to map your rooms. The app lets you make a schedule to keep your home spotless or you can select rooms that you want to have the Matrix begin cleaning automatically. You can also create 'no go' zones like beds or closets that you don't want Matrix to get into.

The app allows you to make use of the "spot cleaning" function at any time. You can select an area that is dirty on your floor map and the robot will clean the area on its own with many swipes of its cleaning pad. It does an excellent job picking up everything from loose dog hair tumbleweeds to tiny pieces of paper that were cut and scattered from a recent crafting project.

The Matrix will return to its dock after it has finished cleaning and empty itself into the bin that is included. This is a great feature since it cuts down on the requirement to do maintenance.

One thing to be aware of about this particular model is that the LIDAR mapping sensor is located on top of the structure which could prevent it from slipping under some of the lower furniture, such as tables and sofas. If you don't mind being a little higher than other models it's still an excellent option. Also, keep in mind that this model isn't equipped with an HEPA filter like the other models on this list.

Precision Home Mapping

The RV2502AE is an excellent mid-range robot cleaner that checks all of the boxes. It's easy to use and produces precise home maps and has an empty bag that self-empties. It's also less expensive to operate than many other robot vacuums.

It has a lot of power. It uses its side brushes to push carpet fibers and hair into the brushroll. This prevents the brushroll from becoming blocked and becoming a mess, like other robotic vacuums. This makes the machine more efficient for removing pet hair.

This robot features an impressive suction system, a self-emptying base and a high-efficiency HEPA filtration system that captures 99 percent of dust and allergens. mites. It also features two power modes to suit different types of floors and a remote that lets you to access all its functions. It's also compatible with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to allow you to start a cleaning job without having to touch the robot.

While it's a good choice for homes of all kinds but some may find its navigation capabilities problematic. In contrast to other bump bots that can avoid stairs, this one had difficulty with them. Self-Empty Base

These are a convenient alternative, but they can also be noisy and messy. They usually require special disposal bags.

It can store debris for up to 60 days and doesn't have to be cleaned daily as other models. There's also a hefty dose of amazing Shark suction to take on the biggest mess. When the robot is plugged into a wall outlet and charging, a beep will be heard and an green light will blink across its top to show it's time to start cleaning. When the robot's battery is low it will dock itself to its base and stop working until it's fully charged. It's important that the dock or Self-Empty Base is positioned where it can't be obstructed by furniture or other objects and is free of obstructions in front of it.

This model is slightly more expensive than other models in the middle of the range we've tested. However, it feels better built and performs better on flat floors. It also has longer battery life and less maintenance requirements. It also offers a wider range capabilities for automation, like virtual boundary markers. The iRobot Roomba i7, however, is still our recommended choice because it feels more durable and more refined, charges faster and gets caught on rug tassels less often and has a greater capacity battery.

Easy Setup

The Shark AI Ultra comes with a simple-to-use Schedule that takes just a few inputs. You can choose the date and time of sunrise and sunset and the duration of the ramp times (increasing or reducing the brightness), and whether you would like to switch on the lights at nighttime.
